May your wounds heal.
With this wish in my heart, I stitched over photographs of injured dogs.
The time spent sewing, stitch by stitch,
felt like a time of healing.
To imagine the wounds of others.
To imagine the wounds of non-human beings.
To imagine my own wounds.
They may seem like different things,
but they are connected.
あなたの傷が癒えますように

いつかあなたの傷が癒えますように。
そう願いながら、傷ついた犬たちの写真に刺繍をしました。
一針ずつ縫っていく時間は治癒の時間のようでした。
他者の傷を想像すること。人間ではないものたちの傷を想像すること。私の傷を想像すること。
それらは全く別のことのようで、実は繋がっているのかもしれません。
